How to manually configure Firefox to block flash video

1:  Start Firefox.

2:  Left click "Tools" in the menu bar of
Firefox, a  menu will appear. Left click "Add-ons" in the menu. The Firefox add-ons window appears.  
    You can also bring up the add-ons
windows by pressing   "Alt" "T" "A" keys
on the keyboard.

3:    Left click the Plugins icon to select it.
It will highlight.

4:   Use the vertical scroll bar to locate the Shockwave Flash panel. Left click the Shockwave Flash panel to select it. It will highlight.

5:   At the lower right hand corner of the
Shockwave Flash panel the Disable button will appear. Left click it to disable or enable flash video.

6:  Close the add-ons window.
